HOW YOUR BOOKS ARE MADE House of Crow doesn't hold warehouse stock. Every paperback and hardcover is printed after you order it. That's why nothing here ever goes out of print — and it's also why delivery takes a little longer than a book sitting in a warehouse. Here's the honest timeline. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY Printing: 5–7 business days. Signed editions: add 1–3 business days. Each copy is signed by hand. Delivery within the United States: 3–8 business days after printing. International delivery: 7–21 business days after printing, depending on destination and customs. A standard US paperback typically arrives within about two to three weeks. A signed multi-book set can take a little longer, because every copy is signed individually. Multi-book sets ship together in one parcel. SHIPPING COST Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the weight of your order. Orders over $70 ship free within the United States. TRACKING You'll receive an order confirmation immediately, and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel is moving. If tracking hasn't reached you within 7 business days, contact us and we'll chase it. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes charged by your own country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. DELIVERY ADDRESSES Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it once you cover the reshipping cost. Contact us as soon as you spot a mistake — if printing hasn't started, we can usually correct it for free. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, or shows delivered when it wasn't, contact us. We'll reprint and reship or refund in full — your choice.
